Section 28: Establishment of meteorological calibration laboratories.

(1) The Agency shall establish and operate calibration laboratories at designated locations for purposes of carrying out regular calibration of meteorological instruments and equipment.
(2) The Agency shall have power to certify that calibrated meteorological equipment meet the standard specified by the World Meteorological Organisation, International Civil Aviation Organisation and the Standard Organisation of Nigeria.
