Section 38: Cancellation of registration

Where the Council or the Board orders the suspension or revocation of a registration certificate issued under this Act in relation to-(a) a dock worker or seafarer; or
(b) a stevedoring company, seafarer employer, jetty or terminal operator, it shall direct the submission of the registration certificate to the Secretary to the Board within 3 days.
