Section 1: Establishment of Joint Maritime Labour Industrial Council, etc.

There is established a body to be known as the Joint Maritime Labour Industrial Council (in this Act referred to as "the Council") which-(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and;
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
