Section 21: Annual and other reports

(1) The Agency's Board shall, not later than 6 months after the end of each financial year, make a report to the Minister on its activities and Reports performance during that year.
(2) The Board of the Agency shall cause its annual report to be published and made available to the public at the end of each financial year.
