Section 13: Annual Report.

(1) In addition to any other report prescribed under this Act, the Commission shall prepare and submit to the President through the Attorney-General and to the National Assembly, not later than the 30th of June in each financial year, a report on the activities of the Commission during the immediate preceding year, and shall include in such report a copy of the audited accounts of the Commission for that year and the Auditor’s report thereon.
(2) The Commission may publish general reports on its activities for sale to members of the public.
