Section 7: The functions of the Council.

The functions of the Council shall be to-(a) carry into effect the functions and powers of the Institute;
(b) govern the affairs of the Institute;
(c) effect proper management of the Institute; and
(d) do other acts and things as the Council may consider necessary for carrying out the functions and powers of the Institute.
