Section 31: Annual general meeting of Institute.

(1) The Institute shall every year hold an annual general meeting of the Members.
(2) The President shall preside at any annual general meeting of the Institute; and in the absence of the President, the First Vice-President shall preside, and in the absence of the First Vice-President, the Second Vice-President shall preside and where both the President and the 2 Vice-Presidents are absent, the members present shall elect one of their number to preside at such meeting.
