Section 15: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Board" means the governing Board of the Council established by section 2 (1) of this Act;

"chairman" means the chairman of the Board;

"Council" means the Nigerian Export Promotion Council established under section 1of this Act;
[1992 No. 64.]
"member" means any member of the Board and includes the chairman; and
[1992 No. 64.]
"Minister" means the Minister charged with the responsibility for matters relating to commerce.
