Section 17: Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Bank" means a bank within the meaning of the Banks and other Financial Institutions Act;

"Chairman" means chairman of the Board;
"Member" means a member of the Board and includes the chairman;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for matters relating to finance.
