Section 5: Price of shares.
1989Section 5 of 16•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) The shares issued and sold under this Act shall be sold by the Exchange at a price to be determined by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
(2) The Exchange shall be responsible for the listing of the shares issued under this Act.
