Section 2: Definition of expressions used in section 1

For the purposes of section 1 of this Act, an enterprise shall be deemed to be an alien enterprise if the entire capital or proprietary interest, whether financial or otherwise in so far as it concerns any of the enterprises in the Schedule to this Act, is owned and controlled by aliens.
