Section 5: Management Team.

(1)
The Management Team of the Agency shall consist of -
(a)
the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer ;
(b)
the 3 Executive Directors of the Agency ; and
(c)
the 6 most senior General Managers in the Agency.
(2)
The General Manager, Legal of the Agency shall be the Secretary of the Management Team.
