Section 10: Annual Reports.

The Chief Executive Officer shall prepare and submit to the Board for onward transmission to the President through the Minister, not later than 30th June of each year, a report on the activities of the Agency during the immediately preceding year, and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Agency for that year and the auditor's report thereon.
