Section 13: Students Loan Revolving Fund.

(1) There is hereby established for the Bank a Students Loan Revolving Fund (in this Act referred to as "the Revolving Fund") into which shall be paid an initial sum of N200 million contributed by the Federal Government.
(2)
The Revolving Fund shall be used for providing loans to students for the purpose of their education in institutions of higher education.
(3) The Revolving Fund shall be maintained and managed in accordance with guidelines which the Board shall, from time to time, stipulate or approve.
