Section 11: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Board" means the Nigerian Customs Service Board established by Section 1 of this Act;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with the responsibility for matters relating to finance; and "Ministry" shall be construed accordingly;
"Service" means the Nigerian Custom Service.
