Section 12: Practising fee.

(1) A registered person shall not practise the Food Profession in any year unless he has paid to the Council, in respect of that year, the appropriate practising fee as determined by the Council, which is due on the 1st day of January of every year.
(2) Any registered person who practises without paying the practising fee commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine twice the prescribed tee for each of the years he is in default of payment of the practising fees.
