Section 26: Regulations.

2022Section 26 of 31•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) Any regulation made under this Act shall be published in the journal of the Council.
(2) Regulations made for the purpose of this Act shall be made at a duly convened meeting of the Board subject to confirmation by the Council at its next Board meeting and shall not have effect until so confirmed.
