Section 10: Service in the Council to be pensionable.

(1) Service in the Council shall be approved service for purpose of the Pension Reform Act.
(2) Employees of the Council shall be entitled to pension, gratuities and any other retirement benefits as are applicable to persons holding equivalent grades in the civil service of the Federation. [Act No. 4, 2014]
