Section 78: Enforcement of commission's decision.
(1) The decision of the Commission shall be binding on the parties and the Commission may direct a party to a dispute to abide by the decision of the Commission in that dispute.
(2) A decision made by the Commission under this Part may be enforced by the Court as if the decision is a judgment of such Court provided that the Commission has issued a certificate to the complainant for leave to proceed to the Court for the enforcement of the decision.
(3) No certificate under subsection (2) of this section is required if an action is taken by the Commission under this section.
