Section 67: Record and publication of information, etc.

(1) The Commission shall maintain a record of all information, evidence or documents received pursuant to the directions given under section 64 (2) of this Act.
(2) The Commission may publish information received in the course of exercising its powers and functions under this Chapter if it is satisfied that the publication is consistent with the objects of this Act Provided that the Commission shall consider the commercial interests of the parties to whom the information relates before publishing the information.
