Section 156: Old licences.

(1) Subject to Subsection (2) of this section, licences issued under the repealed Act ("old licences") shall continue to have effect under this Act.
(2) The Commission shall, upon the commencement of this Act, have the powers to modify old licences to conform to the provisions and objectives of this Act.
