Section 14: Commission Secretary.

(1) There shall be appointed by the Board, for the Commission a secretary who shall not be a Commissioner but shall possess relevant and adequate professional qualifications, with not less than 10 years post-qualification experience.
(2) The Secretary shall keep the corporate records of the Commission and perform such other duties and functions as the Chairman or the Chief Executive may from time to time direct.
