Section 1: Establishment of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria

(1) There is established the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, Kaduna State (in this Act referred to as "the College").
(2) The College -
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) may own, hold or dispose of property whether movable or immovable.
