Section 19: Underground wayleaves

In the discharge of their functions, the Corporation may make and use below the surface of any lands the subject of a licence issued under section 15 of this Act, such adits, drifts, tunnels, shafts and airways, and generally do and perform all such other acts and things beneath the surface of such lands as they shall find necessary or convenient for the purpose of the discharge of such functions.
