Section 15: Exemptions.

1973Section 15 of 18•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Bank shall be exempt from the payment of tax and the provisions of any enactment relating to taxation of companies shall not apply to the Board.
(2) The provisions of the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act shall not apply to the Bank and section 51 (I) thereof shall be construed accordingly .
