Section 27: Restriction on execution against property of the Agency

(1) In any action or suit against the Agency no execution or attachment of process in the nature thereof shall be issued against the Agency.
(2) Any sum of money which may by the judgement of any court be awarded against
the Agency shall, subject to any direction given by the court where notice of appeal of the said judgement has been given, be paid from the general reserve fund of the Agency.
