Section 14: Protection of officers,servants and Agents of the Authority Cap. 379

The Public Officer Protection Act shall apply in relation to any action, prosecution or other proceedings in respect of any act, negligence or default done or committed by any officer, servant or agent of the Authority as if the office were an office in the public service of the Federation within the meaning of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
