Section 27: Service of documents.

The notice referred to in section 26 (2) of this Act and any summons, notice or other document required or authorised to be served on the Corporation under the provisions of this Act or any other enactment or law may be served by(a) delivering it to the chairman or the Managing Director of the Corporation; or
(b) by sending it by registered post addressed to the Managing Director at the principal office of the Corporation.
