Section 90: Missing persons.

1 A person who is aware that a person under his employment or control is missing shall, within 24 hours report to the police:
a the identity of the missing person; and
b circumstances in which that person got missing.

2 When a report is made to the police under subsection (1) of this section, the duty officer or such other designated staff shall immediately record the name and address of the missing person and the person who made the report.
