Section 82: Provisions of sections 43 and 53 to apply to arrests under sections 74 and 79.

The provisions of sections 43 and 53 of this Act shall apply to arrests under sections 74 and 79 of this Act, although the person making such arrest is not acting under a warrant and is not a police officer having authority to arrest.
