Section 132: Composition of the Unit.

1 The Unit shall consist of representatives of the Federal or State Intelligence Bureau, Police Provost Marshal and any other unit of the Police Force as the Inspector- General of Police considers fit.

2 The Unit shall be headed by an officer not below the rank of a Chief Superintendent of Police.
