Section 26: Standing Committees of the Academy.

1 For the purpose of carrying out its responsibilities under this Act, the Academy shall have standing committees established by the Council -
a Finance and General Purpose Committee; (AP&DC),
b Appointments, Promotions and Disciplinary Committee
c Tenders Board;
d Information and Publications Committee;
e Security Committee; and
f Admission and Selection Committee.

2 Provisions shall be made by statutes for the constitution and terms of reference of the Admission and Selection Committee referred to in sub- section (1) as deemed appropriate by the Council as part of the Standing Committee.
