Section 12: Procedure for the appointment of the Provost.

1 The Provost of the Academy shall be appointed following an interview conducted for candidates of professorial rank by a Committee of the Council, two persons representing the Academic Committee and the Registrar of the Academy serving as the secretary.

2 The recommendations of the interview panel shall be presented to the Council and the Council shall in turn, deliberate and make the final decision on the candidate to be appointed as the Provost of the Academy.
