Section 1: Establishment of Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency.

1 There is established the Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency (NNMDA) (In this Act referred to as "the Agency")

2 The Agency:
a shall be body corporate with perpetual succession and common seal;
b may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
c may acquire, hold and dispose of property, whether moveable or immovable.
