Section 27: Restriction on execution against property of the Agency.

(1) In any action or suit against the Agency, no execution or attachment of process in any nature thereof shall be issued against the Agency unless not less than three months notice of the intention to execute or attached has been given to the Agency.
(2) Any sum of money which may be the judgment of any court be awarded against the Agency shall, subject to any direction given by the court where notice of appeal against the judgment has been given, be paid from the fund of the agency.
