Section 17: Annual reports.

The Agency shall prepare and submit to the Federal Executive Council, through the Minister, not later than six months after the end of each year, a report in such form as he may direct on the activities of the Agency during the immediately proceeding year, and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Agency for that year and the auditor's report on the accounts.
