Section 74: Termination of liquidation activities.

(1) The Corporation shall conclude winding up of an insured institution as may be provided in the Winding-up Rules issued under the provisions of section 56 of this Act.
(2) The Corporation may establish a subsidiary to take custody of the residue of assets, if any, of failed insured institutions whose liquidation has been terminated under this Act.
