Section 66: Special power to track and trace.

(1) The Corporation shall, under an order of the Federal High Court, obtained ex parte-
(a) obtain access to any computer system component, electronic or mechanical device of an obligor of a failed insured institution with a view to establishing the location of funds belonging to the obligor of a failed insured institution, and
(b) obtain information of any private account together with all banking, financial and commercial records of any obligor of a failed insured institution.
(2) Any rules of banking secrecy and the protection of customer confidentiality shall not be grounds for the denial of the power of the Corporation under subsection (1).
