Section 6: Offices of the Corporation.

2023Section 6 of 100•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Corporation shall have its head office in the capital of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
(2) Without prejudice to subsection (1), the Corporation may open other offices in any part of Nigeria and appoint agents and correspondents as may be approved by the Board.
