Section 11: Filling of vacancy in the Board.

Where a member of the Board appointed under section 7 (2) (b), (c) and (f) of this Act dies, resigns, is disqualified or removed, or otherwise vacates office before the expiration of his term, the President shall, in accordance with section 7 (4) and (5) of this Act appoint another person to fill the vacancy.
