Section 15: Secretary to the Council

2023Section 15 of 66•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The National Commissioner shall be the Secretary to the Council, and –(a) be responsible to the Council;
(b) keep the Council's records;
(c) conduct the Council's correspondence; and
(d) discharge such other duties, as the Council may determine.
