Section 40: Trader’s system audit

Where a trader's system audit discloses that -
a the trader's system audit is reliable, or
b records are generally in order, and
c no infractions have occurred,

the person may in accordance with the provisions of this Act qualify for the application of Special Simplified Customs Procedures.
