NIGERIA CENTRE FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (ESTABLISHMENT) ACT
Section 20: Investments.
(1) The Centre may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the conditions of any trust created in respect of any property, invest any of its funds in any security as may be recommended by the Board and approved by the Minister.
(2) The Centre is exempted from the payment of income tax on any incomes derived by it under this Act or accruing to it from any investment.
(3) The Centre is exempted from payment of custom excise and duties for health commodities (medicines, equipment, etc.) for the purpose of public health events and disasters.
