Section 2: Establishment of Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.

(1) There is established the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (in this Act referred to as "the Centre”).
(2) The Centre—
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name;
(c) may acquire, hold or dispose of property, whether moveable or immovable; and
(d) may enter into contracts and incure obligations.
