NAVIGABLE WATERWAYS (DECLARATION) ACT
Section 6: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Inland Waterways Department" means the Inland Waterways Department in the Federal Ministry of Transport;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with the responsibility for navigable waterways.
