Section 3: Membership of the Board.

(1) the board shall consist of-
(a) a chairman who shall be the Minister of Defence;
(b) the Chief of Defence Staff;
(c) the Chief of Army Staff;
(d) the Chief of Naval Staff;
(e) the Chief of Air Staff;
(f) the Commandant of the College; and
(g)
the Director-General of the Ministry who shall serve as Secretary to the Board.
(2)
The supplementary provisions set out in the Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the proceedings of the Board and the other matters mentioned therein.
