Section 18: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Board" means the Board of Governors of the College constituted under section 2 of this Act;
"chairman" means the chairman of the Board;
"Centre" means the Centre for Peace Research and Conflict Resolution established by section 5 of this Act;
"Commandant" means the Commandant of the College;
"College" means the National War College established under section 1 of this Act;
"member" includes the chairman of the Board; and
"Minister" means Minister charged with responsibility for defence matters and
"Ministry" shall be construed accordingly.
