Section 9: Funds of the Commission

The Commission shall-(a) operate within normal budgetary allocations as may be made to it by the Federal Government;
(b) not charge or receive any fees whatsoever for services rendered to the Federal or State Governments;
(c) not receive any gift of any description from any source from either the public or private sector;
(d) not establish or operate separate funds; and
(e) not invest its funds with intent to charging or receiving interests on such investments.
