Section 1: Establishment of the National Orientation Agency.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Orientation Agency (in this Act referred to as "the Agency") which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
(2) The Agency-
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3) The Agency shall be organised as a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation.
