Section 19: Restriction on execution against the property of the Centre

(1) In any action or suit against the Centre, no execution or attachment or process in the nature thereof shall be issued against the Centre.
(2) Any sums of money which may by the judgment of the court be awarded against the Centre shall, subject to any directions given by the court where notice of appeal has been given by the Centre in respect of the said judgment, be paid by the Centre from the general reserve fund of the Centre.
